<p>As an IT Business Analyst, you will partner closely with product, technology, and operations teams to drive forward key initiatives in an Agile environment. You’ll help translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user expectations.</p><p>This is a highly visible role with involvement across the full product lifecycle—from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement—within a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Requirements Gathering:</strong> Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define business needs and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional requirements.</li><li><strong>Agile Delivery:</strong> Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Help prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.</li><li><strong>Solution Design:</strong> Partner with technical teams to design scalable and user-centric solutions. Assist in prototyping and roadmap development.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through technology and automation.</li><li><strong>Production Support:</strong> Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution efforts to ensure stability and minimal downtime.</li><li><strong>Incident Management:</strong> Track, document, and resolve incidents while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li><strong>Testing & Validation:</strong> Support testing efforts by developing test scenarios and validating solutions against business requirements.</li><li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Analyze system and user data to provide insights that inform business decisions and product enhancements.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to help drive innovation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst</li><li>Strong experience gathering and translating requirements into user stories and functional documentation</li><li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams</li><li>Financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Customer, agent, employee web PORTAL experience would be huge plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
