The role will support core accounting activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to timely compliance reporting across the business.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and record journal entries to support accurate monthly and year-end financial reporting.<br>• Maintain the general ledger by reviewing account activity, researching discrepancies, and ensuring balances are properly supported.<br>• Assist with corporate tax processes, including gathering documentation and contributing to the preparation of corporate tax return filings.<br>• Manage sales tax activities by reviewing transactional data, supporting filings, and helping maintain compliance with applicable requirements.<br>• Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts and resolve variances in a timely manner.<br>• Partner with internal teams to collect financial information, improve reporting accuracy, and support accounting deadlines.<br>• Organize accounting records and schedules to support audits, tax reviews, and internal financial controls.
