We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead and oversee critical onboarding processes for a major vendor client. This role requires strong organizational abilities, leadership skills, and the ability to drive structure across complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for a major vendor client, ensuring all phases are executed with precision and structure.<br>• Serve as the primary point of communication for vendors, customers, resellers, lenders, and internal teams, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.<br>• Coordinate with technical teams, legal departments, and reporting groups to guarantee timely completion of deliverables.<br>• Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation, timelines, and alignment across all involved parties.<br>• Deliver concise weekly updates using Agile methodologies to ensure stakeholders remain informed on progress.<br>• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deadlines and quality standards.<br>• Support additional software implementation projects as needed, once initial onboarding stabilizes.<br>• Facilitate effective tracking of milestones and deadlines, ensuring all resources are aligned and contributing effectively.<br>• Provide leadership and guidance while maintaining a structured approach to project management.
