Responsibilities: • Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and other required disclosures. • Coordinate the development of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A). • Ensure accurate SEC tagging and compliance with relevant regulations. • Research and implement new accounting standards and regulatory changes, providing technical guidance on complex transactions such as revenue recognition and business combinations. • Maintain robust internal controls and support compliance efforts across the organization. • Collaborate with departments such as legal, investor relations, FP&A, and internal audit to ensure consistency in financial reporting policies. • Assist external auditors with quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures. • Drive improvements in reporting processes, systems, and documentation, implementing best practices in corporate accounting. • Support special initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, system upgrades, and policy updates. • Prepare materials for earnings releases, board meetings, and investor-related reporting.
