The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a solid command of accounting processes, and the ability to improve efficiency across budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the month-end and year-end close activities, including oversight of the general ledger, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting across a portfolio of related entities.</p><p>• Prepare and review financial reports that highlight operating results, cash positions, cost performance, and profit or loss trends for leadership review.</p><p>• Ensure the integrity of accounting records by monitoring transactions, validating balances, and maintaining accurate financial and operational documentation.</p><p>• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities by consolidating financial inputs, updating planning data in systems, and explaining notable variances.</p><p>• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities to use resources more effectively, and strengthen internal controls.</p><p>• Provide analysis of historical and current financial information to support planning, decision-making, and performance discussions with management.</p><p>• Supervise and develop a team of four accounting professionals, setting priorities, reviewing work, and supporting ongoing growth and accountability.</p><p>• Recommend process improvements that enhance reporting quality, operational efficiency, and overall financial oversight.</p>
