Responsibilities<br>• Design and develop quality, proficient and well documented technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and meets corporate architectural standards.<br>• Develop solid unit, integration, and automation tests according to organizational standards.<br>• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of existing software applications; identify and implement additional improvements when warranted; work with external stakeholders as needed.<br>• Develop technical models / design for assigned components.<br>• Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions.<br>• Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members.<br>• Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.<br>• Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.<br>• Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.<br>Experience / Requirements<br>• Minimum 2 years of Java web application development experience.<br>• Must have experience in server-side development using Hibernate, Spring, Web Services (REST) in Java including server-side testing using JUnit, Mockito/Easymock.<br>• Must have Experience in Web application development using any of Angular, HTML5, CSSs, JQuery, Javascript or Spring MVC.<br>• Experience in Unit, E2E testing with Cucumber, Playwright, Selenium a huge plus.<br>• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and ability to effectively integrate generative AI into the software development lifecycle for code generation, debugging, and optimization.<br>• Good to have experience in "Vibe Coding" methodologies - rapid prototyping, iterative development, and creative problem-solving approaches that leverage AI assistance to accelerate development velocity.<br>• Proven track record of driving technical innovation within development teams, including evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, process improvements, and mentoring others on cutting-edge development practices.<br>• Experience with AWS is a plus.<br>• Demonstrated experience with multi-tier web application development.<br>• Good to have hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development.<br>• Good to have experience with JBoss or Tomcat.<br>• Prior experience with MAVEN and Jenkins is a plus.<br>• Good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement
