This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting specialist who can lead core financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support timely reporting. The role focuses on strengthening day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring compliance, consistency, and strong financial oversight.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct the month-end close process to ensure deadlines are met and financial results are recorded accurately.<br>• Oversee general ledger activity, reviewing transactions and maintaining the integrity of account balances.<br>• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate support and alignment to accounting standards.<br>• Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.<br>• Coordinate audit preparation by organizing documentation, responding to inquiries, and supporting financial statement reviews.<br>• Monitor accounting workflows and recommend process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and assist with reporting needs.<br>• Support accounting-related operational changes or system updates as needed while maintaining continuity in reporting.
