The role partners closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, engineering, quality engineering, and enterprise system owners to define priorities, deliver scalable MDM capabilities, and support trusted business-ready data across complex enterprise environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own and prioritize the MDM product roadmap, backlog, and delivery strategy in partnership with business stakeholders.</li><li>Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product deliverables.</li><li>Lead Agile activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, release reviews, and prioritization sessions.</li><li>Facilitate discussions between business teams, engineering, quality engineering, governance teams, and downstream system owners.</li><li>Define and support data standards, business rules, validation requirements, stewardship workflows, and data quality initiatives.</li><li>Analyze and profile data to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Partner with technical teams to design, validate, and enhance MDM platform capabilities and workflows.</li><li>Define integration requirements between MDM and enterprise systems, including mappings, validation logic, transformation requirements, and error-handling processes.</li><li>Support troubleshooting of integration issues, synchronization failures, data mismatches, and validation exceptions.</li><li>Communicate product decisions, release impacts, risks, and priorities to both technical and business stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p>
