  • <p>We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join a team in Atlanta, Georgia in a long term contract position. This role supports day-to-day human resources and administrative operations, helping create a smooth employee experience across onboarding, records management, payroll support, benefits coordination, and employee engagement. The position also partners with leadership on reporting, internal communications, community-related initiatives, and workplace compliance activities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing employment documentation, supporting pre-employment steps, and helping new employees transition into the organization.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, update HR databases, and prepare employee status changes, forms, and separation paperwork in a timely manner.</p><p>• Support payroll administration by gathering and reviewing timekeeping information and assisting with employee questions related to pay and benefit programs.</p><p>• Help administer benefit offerings and leave-related processes while providing clear guidance to employees on available policies and procedures.</p><p>• Organize employee meetings, training sessions, development activities, and engagement events that strengthen workplace culture and communication.</p><p>• Assist with performance review cycles by tracking deadlines, coordinating evaluation materials, and scheduling development or training activities as needed.</p><p>• Prepare HR reports, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership to support planning and decision-making.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating travel, processing expense documentation, managing supply orders, and scheduling project or business review meetings.</p><p>• Contribute to workplace safety efforts by helping carry out audits, maintaining compliance records, and supporting health and safety programs.</p><p>• Assist with internal projects such as community engagement activities, bonus process coordination, internal communications, audit readiness efforts, and use of HR systems such as Paylocity or similar platforms when applicable.</p>
