We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Manager to oversee and optimize our core business platforms, including our ERP system, CRM, SAP, Salesforce, and related enterprise applications. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical business systems while leading cross-functional teams and driving efficiency throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day management and administration of the company’s ERP and CRM systems (including, but not limited to, SAP and Salesforce).</li><li>Lead ERP and CRM implementation, upgrades, integration projects, and ongoing system enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.</li><li>Provide leadership for the ERP/CRM support team, ensuring prompt resolution of user issues and maintaining high system availability.</li><li>Develop and enforce best practices, security standards, and compliance protocols for all ERP, CRM, and integrated applications.</li><li>Manage system vendors, consultants, and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.</li><li>Drive user adoption by delivering effective training, support resources, and change management initiatives.</li><li>Monitor system performance and analytics; recommend and implement improvements for optimization and scalability.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to align with organizational goals.</li></ul>

The Accountant position reports to the Managers in the Entity Group and provides a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to leverage his or her accounting, financial analysis, project management, and leadership skills in the oversight of several entities within the group. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Will be assigned to a slate of investment entities; responsible for all aspects of such entities’ accounting, tax, legal and financial management and analysis functions.• Maintain the general ledger accounting for assigned entities including preparing journal entries for investment activity, cash disbursements, cash receipts, payment of expenses and general ledger account reconciliations.• Prepare the tax projections and tax return workpapers for assigned entities (partnerships and corporations) including identification and resolution of tax issues with managers, in consultation with in-house tax experts.• Provide transaction support to the family investment organizations, including drafting board packages and preparing treasury entries upon closing.• Interpret governing documents (e.g. operating agreements and by-laws) and apply the provisions of the governing documents to the management and accounting for an entity.• Provide day-to-day business and accounting support to certain professional service providers such as budget and projection preparation, quarterly billing, processing reimbursable expenses, etc.• Identify, develop and assist with the execution of improvements to internal processes.
