<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Property Accountant</strong> to support a busy property management team for a 2–3-month time frame. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys stepping into a fast-paced environment, managing multiple entities, and ensuring financial accuracy across property portfolios.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Property Accountant will prepare and analyze financial data, ensure compliance with GAAP, and maintain the financial integrity of multiple communities. You’ll work closely with management, operations, community managers, and residents while supporting both corporate and community-level accounting functions.
