This role ensures the building runs smoothly, supports employees onsite, and helps maintain a safe, organized working environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, solving problems, and keeping facilities operations moving efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for facility-related requests, maintenance issues, and workspace needs</li><li>Coordinate and schedule work with external vendors (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, repairs, etc.)</li><li>Assist with routine facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance</li><li>Monitor inventory of supplies and reorder as needed (office, breakroom, facility supplies)</li><li>Support facilities projects such as workstation moves, small renovations, or equipment installations</li><li>Manage incoming service tickets, track progress, and follow up until resolved</li><li>Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and shared spaces are maintained and functioning properly</li><li>Assist with security access, badge requests, and basic safety procedures</li><li>Support emergency preparedness activities (drills, signage, documentation)</li><li>Provide general administrative support to Facilities or Operations leadership</li></ul><p><br></p>
