This role will partner closely with business leadership, including the Operations President and corporate CFO, to deliver financial insights that drive operational performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in understanding budgeting and financial reporting, ERP systems, and manufacturing processes. The person in this role will develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections and coordinate financial reviews, variance analysis, and provide recommendations for improving performance and profitability. This role will be pivotal, as the company enters the production phase of business, providing financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be driven to work cross-functionally, and be adaptable to changing responsibilities and priorities.
