This position focuses on executing active student communication initiatives across multiple business units, with an emphasis on building, maintaining, and deploying campaigns already running in production. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist who can work confidently with email builds, audience data, and automated journeys in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: • Build and update email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Content Builder to support student-facing communications across multiple business units. • Conduct thorough quality checks before launch to confirm campaign accuracy, functionality, and readiness for deployment. • Develop and modify AMPscript to deliver personalized messaging, apply conditional content, and support dynamic email experiences. • Create, organize, and maintain Data Extensions used for audience segmentation and campaign execution. • Manage existing journeys and Automation Studio processes to keep scheduled communications running smoothly. • Investigate and resolve delivery, automation, or configuration issues that affect campaign performance or timing. • Partner with marketing, design, and technical stakeholders to translate approved assets and requirements into production-ready emails. • Work within a multi-business-unit Marketing Cloud environment with broad platform access while supporting continuity for live campaigns during a backfill period.
