This position is hybrid, allowing for a balance of work-from home and in-office workdays. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p><ul><li>Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings). </li><li> Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case; including taking the initiative to regularly update team members on the status of cases and quickly alerting attorneys to important client and case needs. </li><li>Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas. </li><li>Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms. </li><li> Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage) to ensure information is organized and easy to locate. </li><li>Prepare for trial (including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits, attending trial). </li><li><strong><u>MUST know how to prepare a war room </u></strong></li></ul><p>Other tasks as assigned. </p>
