<p>About the Role</p><p>We're seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead a large-scale financial operations initiative involving over <strong>23 million financial transactions</strong>, <strong>5,000 customer accounts</strong>, and more than <strong>$8 billion in customer refund activity</strong>. This high-impact project requires someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining accuracy and compliance.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead financial operations workstreams throughout the refund lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate activities between Finance, Customs, Operations, Treasury, and Customer Service teams.</li><li>Manage high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation activities.</li><li>Oversee research of customer accounts to determine refund eligibility.</li><li>Validate financial records, banking information, and entity ownership.</li><li>Monitor project milestones, risks, and reporting metrics.</li><li>Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
