<p>We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to cover a leave at our client south of Boston.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>IT Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.</li><li>Support, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting knowledge of iPads, iPhones, laptops, desktops, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365 applications.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new users, ensuring new users have a seamless IT experience from day one</li><li>Assist with software and hardware upgrades and deployments</li><li>Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in a Support Desk ticketing system</li><li>Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in end-user support and customer service best practices</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p>
