<p>We are looking for an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team on a contract basis in Nampa, Idaho. This role focuses on supporting clients by coordinating tax-related activities and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the tax team. The ideal candidate combines organizational skills with a strong understanding of tax processes to deliver accurate and timely solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Gather and organize documents needed for the preparation of income tax returns.</p><p>• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring clear and thorough communication.</p><p>• Maintain and update electronic client files, tracking received documents and identifying outstanding information.</p><p>• Follow up effectively on client issues to ensure timely resolution.</p><p>• Schedule and manage appointments, keeping all parties informed of any changes or updates.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Tax Supervisor to provide updates on project and client status.</p><p>• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax extensions.</p><p>• Coordinate administrative tasks to support the tax team in delivering exceptional service.</p>
