<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Project Coordinator to support a company-wide HRIS implementation initiative. This individual will work closely with HR leadership, project stakeholders, and system partners to document processes, coordinate meetings, capture requirements, and assist with implementation activities.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Attend HRIS implementation meetings and document key decisions, action items, and project updates</li><li>Map and document current and future-state HR processes and workflows</li><li>Assist with gathering business requirements from HR, Payroll, and leadership teams</li><li>Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides</li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and track testing results</li><li>Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities</li><li>Assist with change management and employee communication efforts</li><li>Maintain project documentation and ensure version control</li></ul><p><br></p>
