- <p>We are looking for a strategic and hands-on finance leader to guide financial planning, performance reporting, and capital strategy for our organization. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can translate complex financial data into clear business insights, strengthen banking and compliance practices, and support executive decision-making. The position also plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, team leadership, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and support growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and oversee forecasting activities to support short- and long-term business planning.</p><p>• Build and refine financial models and executive dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into performance, trends, and operational results.</p><p>• Monitor company results against budgets, forecasts, and strategic goals, then present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to applicable state and federal financial regulations while maintaining strong internal financial controls.</p><p>• Develop and manage relationships with commercial banks, investment partners, and other financial institutions to support the company’s financial objectives.</p><p>• Evaluate the use of financial capital and advise leadership on investment strategies and funding decisions.</p><p>• Partner with department leaders to assess upcoming business opportunities and align financial planning with organizational priorities.</p><p>• Oversee insurance programs and risk management activities to protect company assets and reduce exposure.</p><p>• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing finance team while fostering accountability and career growth.</p><p>• Direct budgeting, reporting, cash flow analysis, and month-end financial activities to maintain accurate and timely financial information.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in hearing more about this role, please reach out to Janet 786-393-4588 or email janet.silva@roberthalfcom</p>
