<p>An Internationally recognized architecture, planning, urban design and landscape architecture firm in the Mid-Wilshire area seeks an Office Assistant to work temporarily. As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting guests and clients, picking up lunch daily for the partners (a car is required), and setting up for meetings. Additional duties will include making sure the kitchen is tidy such, making the coffee each morning, and loading the dishwasher. Need someone that can team up with the other office assistant that can help archiving documents, lifting project rolls and project boxes as well. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and parking is covered. </p>
