Requires more than simply transferring calls – eventually assist clients with basic inquires and instructions/paperwork for cash requests.<br>ii. Client greetings with setup in conference room<br>iii. Team and support staff calendars<br>i. Daily updates, review for new tasks or add tasks requiring multi steps.<br>iv.
