In this contract role, you will oversee the daily operations of public housing rental properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional service to tenants. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a reputable non-profit organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct annual recertification which includes research/investigation of tenants to verify income, medical conditions, etc.</li><li>Review and monitor accounts receivable</li><li>Ensure proper condition of unit and sites through inspections; input into software.</li><li>Organize, update and maintain client files according to HUD regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines</li><li>Enforce Leases</li><li>Attend grievance hearings and court proceedings as needed.</li><li>Make resident referral to caseworkers</li><li>Review and conduct follow up procedures on maintenance work orders.</li><li>Conduct move-ins, move-outs, transfers and interims.</li><li>Resolve reported conflicts</li><li>Interact with other government and private agencies</li><li>Escort contractors and other workers on site</li><li>Maintain files and filing procedures</li><li>Prepare and edit monthly newsletter and other correspondence</li></ul><p><br></p>
