This position will play a key role in external financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and technical accounting initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.</li><li>Prepare and review assigned sections of external reporting packages, including financial statement footnotes, MD&A, and supporting schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with internal business partners to collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data used in public filings.</li><li>Research and evaluate new accounting and reporting guidance, documenting technical accounting positions and assisting with implementation.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, coordinating requests, and facilitating reporting-related reviews.</li><li>Maintain and enhance financial reporting controls through the development of compliance documentation, variance analyses, and close-related procedures.</li><li>Assist with accounting and disclosure requirements related to equity compensation, earnings per share, business combinations, goodwill, and other complex accounting matters.</li><li>Drive process improvements and participate in special projects that support the broader accounting and finance organization.</li></ul>
