The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, leveraging user feedback and operational requirements to deliver impactful designs that drive business outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the design and development of the Elemental App, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery.<br>• Conduct thorough user research, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand user needs.<br>• Create detailed user personas, workflows, and journey maps based on operational use cases.<br>• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.<br>• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the app.<br>• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and resolve technical constraints.<br>• Align designs with Elemental brand standards while prioritizing usability and user experience.<br>• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and evolving business requirements.<br>• Document design decisions, patterns, and rationale to maintain transparency and clarity for internal teams.<br>• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between product designs and brand messaging.
