<p><b>IT Technician</b></p><p><strong></strong>On-site | Austin, TX | Contract-to-Hire</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Install, configure, maintain, and support computer systems, hardware, and software</li><li>Provide technical support to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues</li><li>Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory / Azure AD)</li><li>Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance</li><li>Image, deploy, and replace workstations and equipment</li><li>Support Windows and/or macOS operating systems and common business applications</li><li>Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in ticketing systems</li><li>Assist with network setup, cabling, and basic troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi)</li><li>Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams as needed</li></ul>
