You will take on meaningful litigation responsibilities early in your career — not after years of support work — with a clearly defined path toward becoming a Lead Trial Attorney. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery</li><li>Conduct in-depth legal research that informs case strategy</li><li>Prepare cases for mediation and trial from the outset</li><li>Collaborate with expert witnesses on liability, damages, and medical issues</li><li>Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials</li><li>Gradually take ownership of depositions, motion arguments, and trial components</li><li>Maintain all files in a consistent trial-ready posture</li></ul> Compensation<ul><li>Base Salary: $125,000 – $250,000</li><li>Performance Bonus: $25,000 – $100,000</li><li>Origination Bonus: Uncapped</li><li>Total Compensation: $125,000 – $350,000</li><li>Benefits</li><li>20 days PTO plus 10 paid holidays</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee medical premiums covered)</li><li>IRA with up to a 3% employer match</li><li>Paid parental leave</li></ul>
