This role requires strong project management expertise to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Based in Centennial, Colorado, this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive impactful results.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.</p><p>• Coordinate cross-functional teams to track deliverables, milestones, and the release of creative assets.</p><p>• Maintain and update workflow management tools, such as Jira, to ensure accuracy in project tracking and reporting.</p><p>• Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify areas for optimization and process improvement.</p><p>• Oversee annual and seasonal marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with deadlines and priorities.</p><p>• Facilitate project meetings by creating agendas, capturing notes, and distributing actionable items.</p><p>• Administer project management systems and collaborate with creative leads to balance workloads.</p><p>• Identify and address project risks or dependencies, proposing solutions to keep workflows on track.</p><p>• Support budget planning and manage monthly budget tracking and reporting.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.</p>
