- <p>Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, trial, or verdict</li><li>Conduct case assessments and develop litigation strategy</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses</li><li>Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts</li><li>Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials</li><li>Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance carriers</li><li>Negotiate settlements and evaluate damages, liability, and exposure</li><li>Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression</li><li>Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation</li></ul><p><br></p>
