In this role, you will work directly with our marketing and creative teams to support a major manufacturing and retail client.</p><p>You will be responsible for taking existing design files and prepping them for print, ensuring perfect pre-press execution, color accuracy, brand consistency, and precise pre-flight formatting across a high volume of packaging, retail collateral, and promotional materials.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>File Preparation & Pre-Press: Build, format, and prep mechanical files for commercial printing, including dielines, bleed, trim, traps, image resolution, and color modes (CMYK, Pantone/PMS).</li><li>Retail & Packaging Execution: Apply existing design assets and templates across multiple product lines, sizing variations, packaging formats, and point-of-sale (POS) retail displays.</li><li>Quality Control & Proofing: Review final proofs for typography, layout accuracy, color consistency, specs, and strict brand guidelines before release to print vendors.</li><li>Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive high-resolution art assets, fonts, image libraries, and final print-ready PDFs.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and production managers to keep print pipelines running smoothly and on schedule.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
