This role requires a proactive individual who excels in creating exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a seamless front desk operation. As a key representative of our organization, you will deliver personalized service and uphold the highest standards of conduct.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.<br>• Provide tailored and anticipatory service to meet guest needs and deliver a white-glove level of care.<br>• Act as the central information resource for employees, visitors, and vendors, connecting them to the appropriate contacts or services.<br>• Manage visitor registration processes and maintain accurate tracking of guest activity and facility usage.<br>• Issue and manage employee badges while adhering to security protocols and procedures.<br>• Support onsite events by coordinating guest check-ins and arrival experiences.<br>• Assist with maintaining logs, including parking records, security access, and vendor sign-ins.<br>• Collaborate with onsite partners to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.<br>• Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to generate insights on guest volume and operational metrics.<br>• Uphold and participate in audits of hospitality standards to ensure consistent service excellence.
