<p><strong>Description of Position</strong></p><p> This role serves as the primary administrator for the ServiceNow platform, supporting day-to-day operations, platform stability, and continuous improvement across IT service management workflows. The administrator will configure and maintain core modules, manage security and access controls, and support service catalog and CMDB operations.</p><p>The position partners closely with internal teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, support upgrades, and provide user training and troubleshooting. This role also supports light API-based integrations in collaboration with development resources.</p>
