- <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical advisor and architect for a large enterprise Oracle HCM environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Human Capital Management (HCM) platform expertise with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.</p><p>The architect will act as the go-to resource for HR, Payroll, and Time Management stakeholders, helping evaluate business challenges, identify technical solutions, and drive adoption of Oracle HCM capabilities.
