- <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are working with our client to add a <strong>Senior Scrum Master</strong> to support delivery across their Salesforce ecosystem. This person will be responsible for driving Agile practices, leading scrum ceremonies, and helping delivery teams execute efficiently across Salesforce-focused initiatives.</p><p>This is a high-impact role working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery of critical customer-facing solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)</li><li>Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement</li><li>Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs</li><li>Remove blockers and drive issue resolution to keep teams on track</li><li>Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics</li><li>Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li><li>Support delivery of Salesforce initiatives (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms)</li><li>Promote accountability, transparency, and a strong Agile culture</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This is a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.
