Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage the payroll inbox, responding to employee payroll questions and requests in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Provide support to employees and managers regarding payroll, deductions, tax questions, time reporting, and related inquiries. • Assist with payroll processing activities to help ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. • Support multi-state payroll processes while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. • Utilize UKG Pro or Workday to review payroll records, research questions, and maintain accurate payroll data. • Partner with HR and internal teams to resolve payroll issues and improve payroll communication processes. • Review payroll data to identify discrepancies and assist with resolving payroll concerns. • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee payroll information.
