The MES Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the MES System (Solidat). This role acts as a liaison between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and IT to ensure accurate data capture, system reliability, and alignment with production and compliance requirements. Responsibilities:· Support daily operations of the MES, ensuring system availability, accuracy, and performance· Configure and maintain MES workflows, routings, and production parameters· Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Materials to gather system requirements and translate them into MES solutions· Troubleshoot MES issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions· Support system integrations with ERP, PLCs, and other manufacturing systems· Create and maintain MES documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and system configurations· Support data integrity, traceability, and electronic batch records where applicable· Develop and deliver MES reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support manufacturing performance· Train end users and provide ongoing system support
