  • We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Everett, Washington. As part of the Financial Services industry, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT roles, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.<br>• Create compelling job postings tailored to attract candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.<br>• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including technical assessments and panel discussions.<br>• Manage calendars and Teams meetings to ensure seamless scheduling across multiple stakeholders.<br>• Maintain consistent and attentive communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the hiring process.<br>• Track and update all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to present offers and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding.<br>• Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape for tech talent.
