In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions for our insurance platforms. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical strategies and organizational objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and lead the architecture of insurance systems, including Guidewire platforms such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient.<br>• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams utilizing Guidewire, .NET, or Java technologies.<br>• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and promote best practices across all technical solutions.<br>• Oversee the integration of Guidewire systems with external platforms, including payment systems, data warehouses, and document management tools.<br>• Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities.<br>• Develop and maintain technical documentation to streamline implementation processes.<br>• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business priorities.<br>• Monitor system performance and address any architectural challenges.<br>• Support ongoing system upgrades and ensure compatibility with long-term technology strategies.
<p>The Automation Analyst will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining automation workflows and scripts to enhance business efficiency and improve operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to learn and develop technical skills, gain hands-on experience in automation technologies, and grow within the department.</p><p><br></p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES</p><ul><li>Assist in the design and development of basic automation solutions to streamline business processes, using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Python.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, including process flow diagrams and technical notes.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand automation requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions, identify bugs, and implement fixes to ensure reliability and accuracy.</li><li>Monitor the performance of automation scripts and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous process and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Provide ongoing support for deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring continuity of operations.</li><li>Analyze existing manual processes to identify areas for potential automation and recommend improvements.</li><li>Assist in integrating automation workflows with enterprise systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow.</li><li>Ensure that all automation solutions comply with security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and participate in training sessions to develop technical skills.</li><li>Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and committees as required.</li><li>Participate in community and civic events to promote awareness of the Credit Union in the community.</li><li>Provide day-to-day oversight responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory laws as they relate to functions within their department.</li><li>Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>
