Reviewing title, easements, and other property-related documents</p><p>2. Managing real estate disputes and vendor disputes. </p><p> a. No litigation background required, but it’s certainly helpful. Knowing how to track litigation deadlines and know proceedings is helpful. The main thing is we want real estate. </p><p>3. Working on contracts: drafting ancillary contracts, reviewing /redlining commercial, vendor, or service agreements. </p><p> ii. Preliminary review is done by paralegals; ideally they are able to look at limitations of liability or indemnity clauses, but can train on this.
