<p>Very large Real Estate developer and property management company located in Central Morris County is seeking a Sr. Property accountant. Will be responsible for all aspects of month end close, financial reporting and analysis for a select group of Class A Commercial Office Space Properties. Will also be exposed to some high-end residential developments as well. Looking for an accounting degree with 4+ years of Commercial Real Estate and Property accounting experience. Any experience with construction accounting or development is a big plus as well. Experience with Yardi or MRI is also a plus. Will work very closely with the Controller on special projects with high exposure to Senior management. This position is open due to growth in the organization.
