The person in this role will manage incoming calls and radio communication, help route information accurately, and serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day dispatch activities. <strong>On-Site, M-F, Split Schedule; 6:00 am - 9:00 am and then again from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate daily dispatch activity by receiving requests, prioritizing needs, and assigning information promptly to the appropriate personnel.</p><p>• Handle a high volume of incoming calls through a multi-line phone system while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.</p><p>• Communicate clearly over two-way radio to relay updates, instructions, and time-sensitive information.</p><p>• Provide courteous and effective customer service when responding to questions, concerns, or service-related issues.</p><p>• Maintain organized dispatch records and ensure details are documented correctly for operational tracking.</p><p>• Support transportation-related communication needs in environments that may involve public school operations and scheduled routing.</p><p>• Monitor ongoing activity throughout the shift and adjust communications as needed to keep service running smoothly.</p>
