You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely closing of loans, while upholding compliance standards and delivering excellent service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness prior to closing.<br>• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate loan closings.<br>• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during the closing process.<br>• Utilize Encompass and other loan origination systems to manage and process loan files.<br>• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.<br>• Prepare and distribute closing disclosures and other required documentation.<br>• Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience.<br>• Maintain detailed records of loan closings and related activities.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve closing procedures and workflows.
