Responsibilities: • Deliver live Spanish interpretation during safety meetings, briefings, and related workplace discussions. • Convert written safety materials, notices, policies, and instructional documents from English to Spanish with accuracy and clarity. • Partner with safety and administrative teams to understand context, terminology, and key compliance messages before meetings and trainings. • Prepare and refine bilingual support materials that improve comprehension for Spanish-speaking employees. • Preserve the meaning, tone, and intent of spoken and written communication without omitting critical information. • Handle sensitive workplace information with discretion while remaining neutral and detail-oriented in all translation activities. • Support scheduling and coordination needs tied to meetings, documentation, and communication follow-up as needed. • Assist with administrative tasks such as document organization, data tracking, and basic spreadsheet updates related to translation support.
