The successful candidate will have knowledge of the various court</p><p>systems and their electronic filing programs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Liaise with court personnel related to the service, filing and retrieval of papers.</p><p>Arrange and manage service of process with outside vendors.</p><p>Distribute court documents and status updates to attorneys and legal assistants.</p><p>Preparation of documents for electronic filing in state and federal courts in compliance</p><p>with each individual Court’s specifications, including hyperlinking and bookmarking.</p><p>Filing documents in the state and federal courts’ electronic filing systems.</p><p>Enter litigation documents and create calendar deadline reminders in Case</p><p>Management Docketing System (CourtAlert Case Management).</p><p>Provide guidance to attorneys and legal assistants on local, state, and federal filing</p><p>procedures, including attorneys’ admissions and pro hac vice applications.</p><p>Knowledge of the Federal and State Court Rules a Must.</p><p>Other responsibilities as needed.</p>
