This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring channel profitability while building, coaching, and retaining a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute territory sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships across the full account lifecycle, and ensure service and installation commitments are met while resolving issues quickly to maintain strong client satisfaction. This leader will also oversee forecasting, performance tracking, marketing initiative execution, and cross-functional coordination with operations and other business units. Candidates should have at least 5 years of commercial sales experience, including 3+ years in sales management, strong leadership and communication skills, experience with sales analysis and forecasting, and working knowledge of commercial security systems (including fire alarm systems and blueprint reading). A college degree, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel nights and weekends as needed are required.</p>
