The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, labor law, and asbestos litigation.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motion practice, depositions, discovery, client reporting, and trial preparation.
