<p>We are looking for a skilled Web & Application Developer  to join our team in Westlake, Ohio. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in .NET technologies, T-SQL, and other relevant frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions for business needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies to meet business requirements.</p><p>• Utilize T-SQL to create and manage database queries and stored procedures.</p><p>• Implement and manage Azure Pipelines, App Services, and other DevOps tools to streamline development processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.</p><p>• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.</p><p>• Contribute to the integration of machine learning and AI components where applicable.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.</p><p>• Provide technical documentation and training to support team members.</p><p>• Follow best practices for code quality and development standards.</p>

• At least 5 years of experience working with .NET technologies or significant contributions to a complex .NET application.<br>• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and its application in database management.<br>• Familiarity with Azure Pipelines, App Services, DevOps, and Git for development workflows.<br>• Ability to design and implement scalable web solutions.<br>• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.<br>• Knowledge of Blazor is preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Exposure to machine learning or AI technologies is an advantage.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
