This Operations Manager will get the chance to strengthen day-to-day business performance across a multi-division organization. This Operations Manager will guide cross-functional teams, bring greater consistency to operating practices, and help ensure departments work together effectively to meet customer and business goals. Other responsibilities of this Operations Manager will include but not be limited to:</p><p><br></p><p>Operations Manager Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead daily operational activity across multiple connected business units to ensure alignment, efficiency, and dependable execution.</p><p>• Provide direction and support to office-based teams, including logistics coordination, estimating, customer support, sales operations, and administrative functions.</p><p>• Collaborate with warehouse and production leadership to improve inventory flow, shipping, receiving, and overall operational readiness.</p><p>• Establish and maintain clear operating procedures that drive consistency, accountability, and stronger performance across departments.</p><p>• Evaluate existing workflows, identify process gaps, and implement practical improvements that remove delays and increase productivity.</p><p>• Keep projects, deliveries, and service commitments on track by monitoring priorities, timelines, and cross-team coordination.</p><p>• Reinforce performance expectations through active leadership, coaching, and follow-through while encouraging a cooperative work environment.</p><p>• Strengthen communication between office staff, warehouse teams, installation crews, and manufacturing operations to support smooth execution.</p><p>• Review operational data and performance indicators to identify trends and recommend ongoing improvements that support growth.</p><p>• Partner with company leadership on planning, organizational development, and operational strategies that prepare the business for future expansion.</p><p><br></p><p>This Operations Manager position pays between $70,000 and $90,000 annually depending on experience. • At least 5 years of experience in operations leadership, business management, or a similar role with broad operational responsibility.<br>• Background overseeing multiple functions within manufacturing, distribution, transportation, logistics, construction, or a related industry.<br>• Proven ability to design, implement, and enforce processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.<br>• Strong leadership skills with experience building accountability and improving team performance across departments.<br>• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with sound business judgment.<br>• Ability to manage strategic priorities while remaining closely involved in daily operational execution.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully with employees and leaders at all levels.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems; experience with inventory or warehouse-related software is a plus.
