<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>customer experience-focused Data Automation Engineer</strong> to design and implement innovative data automation solutions for an <strong>Azure cloud-based data lake, SQL, and NoSQL platform</strong>. You will translate business requirements into data engineering and AI-based solutions to support an enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure data analytics and reporting platform. Our ideal candidate is mission-focused, delivery-oriented, and applies critical thinking to create innovative functions and solve technical issues.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop high-performing data pipelines using <strong>Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, Apache Spark Notebooks, Python, SQL, and stored procedures</strong></li><li>Continuously optimize automation toolsets for reliability, scalability, and adaptability</li><li>Research and implement <strong>AI/ML and Generative AI tools</strong> to automate data processes and eliminate workflow bottlenecks</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to understand data-driven needs and build solutions</li><li>Prepare data for advanced analytics, visualization, reporting, and AI/ML</li><li>Implement data migration, integrity, quality, metadata management, and security functions</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues to maintain high availability and performance</li><li>Support Agile DevOps processes, including Program Increment planning</li><li>Maintain strict versioning and configuration control for data integrity</li></ul>

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant technical experience.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.<br>• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and digital engineering principles.<br>• Demonstrated experience in software development, system integration, and troubleshooting.<br>• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights using analytics tools.<br>• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interact with peers and customers.<br>• Proven leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring others.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and database management systems.
