  • We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 4 to support daily tenant-facing operations at a property in Washington, District of Columbia. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys a highly visible front-office environment, communicates confidently with a wide range of people, and brings strong organizational follow-through to customer service and administrative work. The person in this role will help create a welcoming experience for tenants, coordinate requests with internal teams, and keep office records, communications, and reporting activities well managed.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome tenants and visitors in a courteous and attentive manner, manage the reception area, and handle incoming calls while providing timely assistance.<br>• Respond to tenant questions and service needs, document requests accurately, and partner with engineering or other support teams to drive issue resolution.<br>• Coordinate maintenance-related work orders and follow up on open items to keep tenants informed on progress and completion.<br>• Support building operations through accurate filing, record organization, data entry, and upkeep of property-related documentation and databases.<br>• Prepare tenant notices, schedule meetings for tenants or internal staff, and assist with routine communications that support smooth day-to-day operations.<br>• Contribute to recurring building events and engagement activities by helping with planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.<br>• Assist with month-end reporting by compiling spreadsheets, updating summaries, and organizing operational or financial information for review.<br>• Process accounts payable tasks and, over time, take on accounts receivable responsibilities such as invoice support, coding, and related financial administration.<br>• Provide administrative support to the property management team, including document preparation, mail handling, and other office coordination duties as needed.
